About The Models

And The winner of the Front Page Model Contest is:
Halle Harrington

Halle is the little girl featured on the front page of my website. Here is what Halle's mom, Jamie, has to say about her daughter:

My daughter is Halle Harrington (You pronounce Halle the same way Halle Berry pronounces her name)
She is three.  She turns four on June 1.  That picture was taken at the Butterfly Flutterby in Grapevine this past year.  She was running around on the stage and my husband snapped that picture.  The background is one of those old Grapevine Trains down there by the old train station on Main Street.  (She actually didn't win the costume contest, but news cameras were out there, and they took shots of her eating popcorn up on the stage and she TOTALLY got on the news later that night! We still have it saved on our TiVo, and she FLIPS out when she sees it... you should have seen this girl when she saw her self on the TV like that.  She was all, "I'm Halle, and that's Halle.  How can this be?"  Then she ran in and got her costume and showed it to the Halle on TV, she even dressed up and they were TV twins... and, yes, in case you are wondering... I am thinking maybe the kid needs acting classes or something haha!)

I made that costume... so I was super excited that she wore it twice, once for halloween, and then again for the butterfly flutterby.  When she wore it at Halloween, it poofed out so much that she took up the whole sidewalk... she looked like a Royal Princess... everyone stopped to let her by... it was so adorable!

We live in Lewisville, but she isn't old enough for school yet.

She is a TOTAL diva... like I spent almost half an hour putting the perfect swerves in her hair earlier today, not because I enjoy spending half an hour on hair, but because she wants to have the best hair in the preschool class.  She has more dress up clothes than you could possibly imagine, but is currently OBSESSED with powerpuff girls.  She has a green dres and I added a piece of black tulle for a belt, and she has been going all around town being a 'secret' powerpuff girl, saving the people of townsville.  (This, of course involved the perfect hairstyle... I had to figure out how to make her super long hair look llike Buttercup's super short and sassy hair.)
